Online therapy sessions last 50 minutes and are available on multiple platforms.
The free initial assessment/consultation session lasts for approximately 15-20 minutes and carries no cost or obligation.
This is where we start to get to know each other a little and to see if I'm the right person to help you.
If after this session we choose not to work together I would be happy to help you find appropriate alternative support.
